 BOOKING THIS TOUR
• Fill out the form on this page then hit the submit button. Within 48 hours we will email back confirmation of availability and total price as well as a link to our secure encrypted on-line payment page.
• Follow the instructions to pay using your credit card. We will request a maximum deposit amount of 20% of the overall cost. The balance payment is to be paid on the morning of your tour/trek. The guide will collect the balance payment from you.
• On payment of the deposit you will be emailed confirmation by our on-line payment provider. Barking Gecko booking vouchers will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your payment being received. Please print a copy of your booking voucher for presentation to the guide on the morning of your tour/trek
• If you do not have a hotel booked at the time of making a booking with Barking Gecko this is OK, but please inform us at least 48 hours before your tour or trek is due to depart the name and address of your hotel. Free pick up and drop off is included to any city hotel, if you are staying at an out of town resort an extra charge may be applied for pick up.
