what will happen to my bags (excess luggage)when I am on the trek/trip
When you are trekking you will not want to have to carry all your luggage through the jungle. Most hotels and guest houses will have some facility to look after baggage when you are on a trek. This is usually a free service especially if you are returning to that hotel after the trek or trip. Some places levy a small fee for this service. If you require us to look after you baggage please let us know at the time of booking and we will make the necessary arrangements. |

What happens if the weather is bad (heavy rainfall)
Rarely is the weather bad enough for us to cancel a trip and we usually depart whatever the conditions so please be prepared for rainfall especially in the wet season. In rare event that weather conditions are sufficiently bad for us to cancel a trip we will provide a full refund. |

What if i need to cancel my trip or change the date.
Please see our terms and conditions here. We require a deposit to secure your booking. any refunds will be made in accordance with our terms and conditions here. For a date change we will always try to accommodate this with no charge to you on some occasions we need to cover costs and there will be a maximum penalty payment up to the value of your deposit. |

Do you provide insurance
In accordance with the Tourist Authority of Thailand regulations we do provide accident Insurance up to a value in case of injury while you are traveling with us. We do however recommend that you take out your own comprehensive medical insurance for your trip. |

If I don’t know the hotel or guest house I will be staying at in Chiang Mai can I still make a booking?
Yes you can still make a booking. All tours, unless otherwise specified, will include free pick up from your hotel or guest house. We need to know the hotel or guest house you are staying in at the latest 5.00 pm the day before your tour or trek is due to depart. If you do not have a hotel or guest house booked in Chiang Mai please let us know by e mail or telephone at the earliest opportunity. |

Are tips included in the price?
Tipping is at your own discretion. You are not obliged to tip but if you feel that you were well treated by our staff during the course of your tour then tipping is up to you. |

Can I expect the timings to be accurate?
Timings given in the tour/trek details are approximate and are there for guidance only. Occasionally tours are late arriving back in Chiang Mai so if you have an onward transport connection to make please bear this in mind. The Travel Hub can not be responsible for any late return to Chiang Mai. On rare occasions itineraries may be modified to suit seasonal conditions. |

What is the booking and payment procedure?
When you have chosen your tour please fill out the booking form linked to that tour and hit the submit button. Within 48 hours we will make reservations and email you your booking details along with a link to our payment page so the deposit payment can be made by credit card. Please follow the instructions to pay with your credit card. On payment you should receive an email indicating the payment was a success and within 48 hours of your payment we will email you full confirmation vouchers. Once you receive your booking voucher your reservation will be confirmed. You can make the balance payment on your arrival in Chiang Mai, we will either send one of our staff to your hotel to collect payment or you can pay when we collect you on the morning of your trip. |

Is it safe to use my credit card online and how safe are my credit card details?
For secure online payment, our online payment gateway (thaiepay) uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us. At no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet. |

How can I book multiple tours?
Please submit a separate booking form for each tour you wish to book. |

What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?
for online bookings please allow 3 full days before your tour intended departure date. We can usually process bookings within 24 hours of your intended departure but we can not guarantee your booking will be processed in this time |
